Vinyasa Flow
Kundalini Flow
Vinyasa flow dynamically strengthens, stretches, and moves the entire body. Combining movement and breath, it encourages students to reach their limits and set new goals. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, the class offers props and modifications to help you progress. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and come with an open mind. We have classes early morning and evenings!!!! See you soon
Yin Yoga
In Yin Yoga we slow everything down and heal from within. Each pose is held for an extended period to reach the deep connective tissue. We use props to feel the poses in a new way and to get a deeper understanding of the body. We have props to support the body but encourage each student to bring anything that will make them more comfortable. Wear clothes to stretch in and some water.
Restorative Yoga
In restorative yoga, we teach the body to relax and calm down. This prop-heavy class takes a soothing approach to care for both body and mind. Each pose is held for five to ten minutes to fully immerse yourself. We'll explore the subtle and physical body in a tranquil way and offer poses that can be used in daily life to find calm. Wear your most comfortable clothes. We provide plenty of blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, and blocks to enhance your experience, but you're welcome to bring personal items for added comfort.
Awaken the energetic force that sleeps within us, through the devotional practice of Kundalini flow. This mindful practice, will calm the mind, re-energize the body, and make one more in tune with the inner force that is our breath. Come in comfortable, flexible clothing, with water and anything other items that bring you comfort.
Power Yoga
An energetic and invigorating fusion of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, designed to celebrate the breath while challenging the body, mind, and spirit. Using the breath to guide the body, power yoga will make the body feel powerful. Bring water, clothes to move in, a towel, and an energetic mind.
Somatic Hatha Flow
At the edge of your own aliveness is an invitation, an intimate dance of effort and ease brimming with possibility. Using the ancient technology of Tantrik Hatha Yoga (breath, asana(posures), & meditative awareness) we bolster the nervous system, harmonize the energies and build the capacity to meet the edges within us in an open and loving way. We will center the wisdom of the body by consciously focusing on the internal experience rather than the external appearance or end result. Come move your body and free your mind in a supportive environment that meets you where you are.
Mobility and Agility
MOBILITY AND AGILITY incorporates a wide variety of movement styles into one fun, effective, and challenging program designed to help you move better and feel better -- both on and off the mat.By blending functional, mindful, and unconventional movement, we explore and expand our range of motion, enhance our proprioceptive awareness, build core strength and balance, and develop cat-like reflexes. This isn't "just stretching" -- it's an exciting and empowering way to discover joy of movement and peace of mind, while also building resilient joints that protect us from injury. All bodies welcome -- especially those looking to slow down or reverse the loss of mobility that often comes with aging.
