Vinyasa Flow
Mindful Movement and Meditation
Vinyasa flow dynamically strengthens, stretches, and moves the entire body. Combining movement and breath, it encourages students to reach their limits and set new goals. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, the class offers props and modifications to help you progress. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and come with an open mind. We have classes early morning and evenings!!!! See you soon
Yin Yoga
In Yin Yoga we slow everything down and heal from within. Each pose is held for an extended period to reach the deep connective tissue. We use props to feel the poses in a new way and to get a deeper understanding of the body. We have props to support the body but encourage each student to bring anything that will make them more comfortable. Wear clothes to stretch in and some water.
Restorative Yoga
In restorative yoga, we teach the body to relax and calm down. This prop-heavy class takes a soothing approach to care for both body and mind. Each pose is held for five to ten minutes to fully immerse yourself. We'll explore the subtle and physical body in a tranquil way and offer poses that can be used in daily life to find calm. Wear your most comfortable clothes. We provide plenty of blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, and blocks to enhance your experience, but you're welcome to bring personal items for added comfort.
End of the day, midweek practice to unwind, digest and nourish the mind/body connection so you can move through the rest of your week with clarity, presence and a bit more ease. Settle the nervous system with subtle movement and clear the mind though guided meditation.
Buti Movement
Explore the body in a fun fission of dance, yoga, and cardio, in this early morning energetic practice. Be ready to move the body and have some fun! Please bring water, a towel, and a mat to move on!!
Heated 26&2
Original Hatha 26&2 is a heated hatha yoga class focusing on mind-body connection with breath while developing strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is both relaxing and challenging. The 26&2 series is a 90 min class consisting of 24 asanas and 2 breathing exercises. Make sure to bring a towel, mat, and water. It is best not to eat 1 hour before class. All levels are all welcomed.
Intentional Core
A full-body class designed to improve mobility, build core strength, and activate the glutes and hips. Through a combination of dynamic stretching, resistance band work, and intentional core training, you’ll enhance stability, flexibility, and overall movement quality. Perfect for all levels looking to move better, feel stronger, and support their workouts.
Chair Yoga
Who says you can't get anything done by sitting around all day? Chair yoga is a prop heavy class with poses done while sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. This class is perfect for any age, total beginners, those with mobility issues, experienced yogis who want to experience a different stretch. A lift is available for anyone who has limited mobility or has difficulty getting up the stairs
