Angelina Lasko is a local to Humboldt County and after practicing Original Hot Yoga 26&2 or Bikram Yoga for 19 years she decided to become a certified teacher through the Original Hot Yoga Academy to share her knowledge, skills, and love for hatha yoga. Her goal is to help inspire people to become their best self and find their hidden potential within. She started practicing hot yoga at the age of 19 and in 2018 competed in the USA Yoga Federation. She believes yoga is for everyone and focuses on strength and flexibility.

Angelina also has a bachelor's degree in Soil Science from Cal Poly Humboldt and is working to get her masters in Geoarchaeology at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. In 2024 she helped conduct an archaeological excavation in North Macedonia. In her spare time loves reading, hiking and paddle boarding with her husky, gardening, and traveling.
